We collect as little as we can and never sell what we collect.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a 6-digit code we send to it. There is no password. Other people see only the username you pick. We never show your email. A cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days.

What we collect

• Your email, to send sign-in codes and any alerts you turn on.
• Your profile: your username and any optional details you add.
• What you share: prices, the treatment and clinic they relate to, your state, insurance type, posts and replies. We show prices without your username.
• Messages you send to other members. We store them so both of you can read the conversation. Our team reads them only when someone reports a conversation.
• Quiz answers, stored with a random session ID and not linked to your account.

Consumer health data

Some of what you share, such as the treatment you are having, counts as consumer health data under laws like Washington's My Health My Data Act. We use it only to show price ranges and posts, run the site and stop spam. We do not sell it or share it with clinics or advertisers. If we ever offer to connect you with a clinic, we will ask for your separate permission first.

What we don't do

• We run no advertising pixels from Meta, TikTok or Google.
• We do not sell or rent personal information.

Who processes data for us

The site and database run on our own server. Cloudflare delivers the site and runs the spam check (Turnstile). SMTP2GO sends our emails.

Your choices

• Edit or delete any price, or delete your whole account, from Your account.
• Unsubscribe from any email with one click.
• For any other request, including access or deletion under state law, contact us.
